Integrity First IT provides professional, timely and cost effective IT consulting services to small and medium sized businesses on the Gold Coast. With over 30 years combined experience in IT support as well as university and industry qualifications, we provide tailored and appropriate solutions to over 150 local businesses. Our client base covers a broad range of industries including construction, manufacturing, hospitality, financial, legal and medical. We specialise in supporting networks of between 5 and 75 workstations plus servers.
Our aim is to provide the highest level of service possible and exceed the expectations of all our clients. We develop long term relationships with clients based on communication, trust and understanding. We become an integral part of our customer's businesses by providing ongoing advise and support at levels usually only achieved with in-house IT management. As well as supporting all standard IT such as PCs, Servers, Laptops, Peripherals, Advanced Networking and Security products we can also support in house financial products such as MYOB and Quickbooks. We provide Phone, Remote and Onsite support.

Choosing the best technologies for data storage, backup, security, and user management is key in IT management. We only use products that have proven themselves reliable over time. Microsoft server products (2003-2008), Trend Micro Worry Free Business Advanced, Trend Micro hosted Anti-Spam and Backup Assist, just to name a few. The backup systems we use ensure our clients never loose data in any event including accidental deletion or hardware failure. We also stay ahead of the game by researching and testing new technologies such as cloud computing, online backups and online services.
